PRIVACY POLICY

We inform you that, pursuant to new rule "GDPR - UE 2016/679 laying down rules for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, - is the data controller of the personal data provided by you or otherwise acquired in area of ​​our business.
The controlling of personal data implies: their collection, registration, organisation, conservation, processing, amendment, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, diffusion, cancellation or combination of two or more of the aforementioned operations.

 

The information that you provide will be used for the following purposes:

  • to provide the service and / or supply the products you have bought;

  • in relation to contractual obligations, or pre-law, solely for purposes of administrative and accounting; 

  • to execute a transaction, the user is carrying out;

  • to comply with legal obligations;

  • for reasons of operational, regulatory, tax and management.

 

These data are not disclosed to other parties except for the shipping company responsible  for the delivery of goods, nor will it be released to third parties.

 

The following data, for each user, will be collected:

  • First and last name; 

  • Address; 

  • E-mail account;

  • Telephone number;

  • Fiscal code and VAT number (only if requested invoice, and in any case if company or freelancer).

 

The data requested are necessary, and in the absence of even one of them, we cannot give effect to the provision of goods or the provision of the service, as we will not be able to fulfil the obligations of a contract, regulatory and tax issues.
Data will be treated using instruments suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and they may be carried out by way of both paper and automated instruments (both IT and telematics) suitable for memorising, managing and transmitting such data.
We also advise that Article. 13 of Legislative Degree 196/2003, gives citizens the exercise of specific rights. In particular, they can obtain, from the owner or from those responsible for the usage of the data, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their own personal data and have it made available to them in an intelligible form. They can also be informed of the origins of the data, including the reason and purpose on which its use is based; they can obtain the cancellation of data used in violation of the law, including the adjournment, rectification or integration of data; they can also, for legitimate reasons, object to the usage.
